“I don’t want to live in the mundane; I want to live in the extraordinary.”
I've been there; the feeling of tightness in your chest and shortness of breath. The jumbled mess in your head. Feeling your spirit dimming and your soul dying.
No one deserves to live in this state. You deserve to live your best life; a life filled with clarity, meaning, growth, joy, and inspiration. An extraordinary life.
I’m on a mission to empower people to live their fullest potential, get back on their path to awakening, and create their best life. I derive my purpose from lifting others up to be better, happier, stronger, and wiser. I believe in a world where people feel free; free to do what they love, free to feel joy, free from being stuck, and free to be their best self.
I am trained with the International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited training program, and as a PhD graduate in Psychology, I bring deep knowledge of behavioural science, emotion regulation, and cognitive processes to help you become your best self.
When not helping others, I go on outdoor adventures, explore new countries, read and listen to podcasts on various topics (self-improvement, design, health, mindfulness, relationships, finance, productivity), attend too many free learning webinars and Instagram Live offered during Corona Era, drink and learn about tea, and work on creating an intentional and sustainable life.
How can I help? Let's talk!
